  • Fabric entry
    In the operating process of the V-type brushing machine, fabric entry is the starting point of the entire cleaning process.     Once the fabric enters the machine, the first thing it touches is the four brush rollers on the front surface. These four brush rollers rotate at a high speed of 560 revolutions per minute, effectively removing floating dust and impurities on the front surface of the fabric through strong friction. These brush rollers use special bristle materials, which not only ensure cleaning of the fabric surface, but also do not damage the fiber structure of the fabric itself.   • Patting Roller
    After the front surface is cleaned, the fabric enters the processing stage of the beating roller. The beater roller is mainly used to further loosen the fluff and residual minute impurities on the surface of the fabric. The working principle of the beating roller is to beat the residue attached to the surface of the fabric out of the fiber through a rhythmic beating action. This process not only improves the cleanliness of the fabric, but also makes the surface of the fabric smoother and smoother, preparing for subsequent brush-roll cleaning. The design of the beater roller has been accurately calculated, and its force and frequency can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the fabric, allowing for deep cleaning without damaging the fabric.

 

  • 3 Brush Roller On The Other Side
    After being treated by the beater roller, the fabric enters the stage of rear surface cleaning. At this point, three back surface brush rollers begin to work. These brush rollers are similar in design to the front surface, but their main role is to ensure cleanliness on the back of the fabric. These brush rollers also operate at a speed of 560 revolutions per minute, which can deeply clean the back of the fabric and completely remove tiny impurities that the beating rollers have failed to remove. Since back cleaning usually faces more lint and impurities problems, the bristle materials and layout of these three brush rollers have been optimized to ensure optimal cleaning results without damaging the fabric.

    After completing the cleaning process, the fabric enters the export process. The output system of the V-type bristle machine is precisely designed to smoothly transfer the cleaned fabric to the next process. Frame structure

The frame of the V-bristle machine is welded from 16 mm thick steel plates for a high degree of stability and durability.   • The 2 beating rollers and 1 bristle roller are driven by a 2.2kW motor and are mainly used to process the middle part of the fabric.
  • The remaining 2 bristle rollers are driven by another 2.2kW motor, ensuring a clean effect on the rear surface.
  • In total, the total power of the bristle system is 9.9kW, and the powerful power configuration guarantees the efficient operation of the machine.

 

Dust removal system

The V-bristle is equipped with an independent dedusting system driven by a 15kW motor.
